Turn Around Times and Speed of Service
First bit of Importance: Turn Around Time and Speed VariesI do my best to give esimates of when I'll complete your work. If you're in a que, you're estimate is for when I start your commission/ych. This is due to the fact that many factors can change the estimated time it will take to complete your order. I will keep you updated as much as possible if there are delays.Delays can include things such as:
The person ahead in Que has made last minute changes to their order. There is a delay in your replies to WIPs sent. Natural Disasters (Tornado, Power Outages, ect). Man made disasters (outages with Internet/Phone Provider, House Fires, ect). Damaged Devices (Laptop, External Hardrive, Pen Display, ect). Health such as a Surgery or Sickness that requires rest or causes moderate to severe physical strain such as flu, covid, and so forth. Family Emergency situations such as a death, major sickness, or surgery that requires a funeral or my immediate assistance, and other likewise situations.I will attempt to provide content at a decent speed without sacrificing quality. Speed of content is based on a large selection of factors. Some of these include:
Health, Complexity of Content, Speed of Replying to Wips, Internet Quality, Family Situations, Changes to content, Natural Disasters, Human Error Disasters, Equipment Malfunctions, and other likewise situations.You will be notified when delays occur as quickly as I can manage to update you along with the nature of what the delays are over in most cases. Situations like changes to your order and prolonged responces to the sent wips are generally self explanitory however.
Please also keep in mind that you're more than welcome to message me at any time and request updates to your orders! I am more than happy to update you as soon as possible on them. I welcome you asking for updates on content that you're waiting on. It doesn't bother me and helps give you peace of mind about your order!
Artistic Style
I understand that Artistic Style is a Major Factor in deciding what artist and what content to buy.I have been practicing my Artistic Style for awhile now, but I've not perfected it. During this time I've been working and trying a lot of different styles, consepts, and approaches. This means my Style changes and varies a little with each thing I work on.
Because of this, I Highly Recommend that you look through my Gallery to see if what I can do matches what you want. If you want a hairless cat in space, checking out my hairless feline art and my space themed work will give you a moderate idea of what I can do with those themes. If your characters wings are the main aspect then looking at content I've done with winged characters will be ideal examples.At request, I can attempt a specific style of art. Such as Pokemon, My Little Pony, Sonic, Disney, Invader Zim, and so forth.
It's important to note that I can't promise your outcome will look like these styles. I suggest looking at or requesting examples if you're interested in this. I will not refund a commission that you don't like if it doesn't hold up to the expectations of the style. I will also let you know this prior. This is mainly because even if your character in a Frozen Style doesn't fit your expectations once finished, doesn't mean that hard work and many hours weren't put into once you requested it.
Adult and NSFW 『Not Safe for Work』 Content
NSFW, also known as Not Safe For Work Content Requires you to be 18+ Years of Age for Explicit, and 17+ for Gore.NSFW content is common in fandom communities. As such, a lot of artist offer work that is NSFW. This content requires you to be at least 18 years of age, as dictated by United States Law for the State in the Artist (myself) Resides in for explicit content, and 17 years of age for gore and horror themed content.I am at liberty to work with all (Legal) Kinks.
This does not mean I myself am into, or associate with these kinks
I can create content for you with a kink that I am personally not into, or am not personally fond of myself. I am not here to judge you on the kinks or choices you make with the art you want. I am here to draw them and help bring them out into art for you.
Crediting and Anonymous
CreditingThis is required for all content that comes from my end.If it's a YCH on a base by a different creator, it's required that you Credit the Base Maker for the Base, and Myself for the Work/Edits Done. If it's a YCH on a base I've made, you can Credit me for the Art itself. This also goes for Custom Work. I have a preference for Linking Back while crediting me on a site I'm on and that you can link via. My Artist name "GlitchTheGothKidd" works though if it's not linkable.Please Credit All Content you Get from MeLikewise, When I post content you ordered, I'll add you to the credits as the owner of any character(s) you own, as well as for any other character(s) that may be a part of the content. These will include links back to you and anyone else in the content when doable.Anonymous Crediting
I prefer to have my credits for all art I make.
You as the buyer have the option to choose to remain Anonymous with the content made for you. People want to be Anonymous for any number of reasons. If you wish to not have your content credited with your name and wish to be Anonymous please let me know prior to working on your content so I can note it down!
YCHs 『Your Character Here』Content
Your Character Here, or "YCH" content is pretty common for me to work with.
When I was starting out I had obtained a lot of Bases, so if feels only right to use them as much as I am able to.When Getting YCHs From Me:
°Make sure you Read the Full Description for them. Some YCHs do not offer line changes or certain species.
°Some YCHs have additional costs, such as if a Character is complex, or you want shading on a flat Ych.I offer a fairly large selection of YCHs overall. Most all of these can be found posted about on various social media sites, as well as a few bundles that can be found in my Commissions sheets. They are generally cheaper than full on commissions, usually having a large range in price based on which Base is used, the complexity of the base, the cost of the raw file itself, and other factors.
Adopts and Custom Characters
I also make and handle a large number of Adoptable Characters. They range from Fandom OCs, Humans, Anthros, Ferals, Mythical Creatures, Open/Closed Species and more.

°Please make sure you save the images I've sent. I don't keep them after selling so that they aren't accidently resold.

Finished Content Rights
Finished Product Rights for Both Client and ArtistYou as a Client Reserve the Right To:
➟Add the Finished content to your Galleries, Folders, and Sites with Proper Credit.
➟Include the art when Selling a Character that is in the Art, with Credit for the Art Posted somewhere when selling.
➟Use the image as a profile picture, wallpaper, banner art, personal physical goods or any other non-profit making media or item format.
➟Use the image to garner income, IF it was approved to do so (such as ordering content with intent to market it).
➟Request to be named as Anonymous or to Request your content not be added to my Galleries.
➟To be Credited for the Character(s) you own that are shown in the content I've made for you.I as the Artist Reserve the Right To:
➟Upload finished work to my Galleries with Correct credits unless specifically asked not to by the buyer.
➟Show the finished work as an Example or Advert, and to be informed if you do not want it used as an Advert.
➟To be credited as the creator for the parts of the content that I have reacted.
Changes and Edits to Content
Content goes through at least one of several phases. These may include:
Rought Sketch, Clean Sketch, Rough Lines, Clean Lines, Flat Colour, Shading, Lighting, and Rendering.The following is important in regards to changes made during your order.
➣ I do a non fixed amount of free changes. The amount is based on the types of changes.
➣ After so many changes, I'll charge for additional changes. The price is based on the changes.
➣ When I Transition from Lines to Colour, Line changes will inquire a charge unless they are VERY Minor.➣ If a change is because I did not add or correctly impliment a part of your character that's shown on your Reference sheet, it does not cost anything. This needs to be shown on some form of reference you've given me prior to starting, and for best results should be caught pre-colour phase.➣ If you provide me with a LQ (Low Quality) or Very Small Reference, I will not be able to see all the detail. I will require a larger or better quality reference sheet. The above rule about the no cost changes for misdrawn content will not count if I only have LQ images to work with.

Additional Base Information
☑ I welcome ideas on bases, such as which bases could use a remaster or add ons.
☑ I am open to the idea of Collab bases. Please contact me if you're interested in this.
☑ I am open to making other versions of bases. Such as a Pixel version, a PNG with a specific solid colour background (as I learned some programs won't open a Transparent PNG) or another file type (Sai2; Clip; PSD; PNG) of a specific file. Just keep in mind I can't do with with every file/base.
☑ You can make Free to use Add-Ons for my content, as long as you let me know, and don't use any of the original base in your file when it's given out.☒ I won't accept every collab request.
☒ I may not be able to complete every suggestion or request.
☒ Please do not make Pay to Use add-ons for my content at this time without my consent.
Client Expectations
Please Keep in mind the following is Important when working with meVisual Reference Expectations.
I need MQ/HQ (Medium Quality/High Quality) or higher end NQ (Normal Quality) images to work with for reference. You can watermark these to feel better about sending them if you would like. Please try to avoid covering small or important details when watermarking, or provide additional images that show the features better.
The More Reference Material I have to work with, the better the end result. Please include additional references for any features you want to be focused on if they aren't in your original reference sheet, or are covered in your reference sheet.
LQ (Low Quality) references will be too hard for me to see, and will result in more errors, and I may refuse a commission if the references are too hard to see. You can use additional art of the character if your reference is hard to see, outdated, or if you don't have a reference sheet.Written Reference Expectations.
Written References will be accepted on a case by case situation.
Complex characters with written references will be considered if the written reference is very well written. It is reccomended to add googled images with it (such as colours, or markings if they are very specific). Line edit rules apply to only the written content as far as the free changes for misdrawn character details go. Details not originally shown and written are subject to the possibility of fees after so many edits are done.
There may be fees for written references used as they are genetally more complex to work with in general.Communication
I'll send wips out asap. Time it takes to respond to them can effect the end date of the orders.
I don't mind if you take awhile to respond, but please keep in mind that after a prolonged period I may move to the next stage in your commission (I'll give several heads up, and give adiquate time for your responce) or move onto the next thing in my que while waiting for a responce.
Please note I may also take some time to respond. Please give me a few nudges if you are worried about any prolonged away time. I will usually inform you if I will be taking time away and explain to you why so that you get the best communication as I can provide.

I will accept orders from my "Will Art For These" Amazon Wishlist.This list contains household needs, gifts for others (such as christmas or birthday gifts I'd want to order family and friends), supplies for my work area, and things like that. The prices of goods ordered are what dictate the amount of content you're able to choose from. I can give discounts on price of item vs price of art/content.
I do however require that the goods have shown up before I give you the finished content to avoid possible attempts to have the item refunded/returned before it comes.
Additional Information
Paid Commissions
Paid Commissions are at the top of my list, and are Importance Level 1. I go through these first, and will add a new one in my Que above things that are lower on my list. I will usually go through my Que in the order it that the content was paid for. There are a few exceptions to this.
The first exception being a Rush Fee payment. Rushed orders go to the top of my list.
Next is any order that's small, simple to complete and can be done fast.Art Trades
Art Trades are next in my list and are Importance Level 2. If I have no Commissions, am on break from commisisons, or it's my day off and I have the free time I will work on these. I am willing to give wips, but unless we have good standing I will only send out the finished work at the same time as the other person, and will pause working on it if I see they have not started after a long period of time and with little to no contact/updates.Raffles
Raffles are Importance level 3. I will do these when my Paid commissions are cleared out, or if I'm hitting a self set deadline to deliver the Raffle.Free Art
Free art is at Importance level 4. I will do free art when my Que is empty, or when I have the free time between other things.
I will offer updates from time to time on free art.I am not Required to finish free art.
It's free, and If I feel I am unable to complete it, I won't. I will let you know if I can't. Aggression, Rude Behaviour, Passive Agressive Comments to delays, and other things of this natrue can also result in me no longer working on your free art, and not working with you again. This is uncalled for if I'm going out of my way to make something for free for you, and something that most artist do not do at all anymore for some of these vary reasons.Additional Fees
Additional Fees Include but are not limited to:
Complexity Fees, Written Reference Fees, Changes and Edits Fees, Additional Content Fees (Shading on a Flat Colour thing, ect), Price changes for Currency Differences, Alternative Versions that aren't already offered, and Line Changes past the free amount.Please speak with me prior to payment to see if these are required. In some cases such as clients I work with often and have a good standing with, a lot of these fees can be waved from time to time.
